Service Update 9.0.28 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises) 9.0 is now available. This article describes the hotfixes and updates that are included in Service Update 9.0.28.

Service Update 0.28 resolves the following issues

Repaired functionality

The following list details items in Dynamics that were not functioning but are now repaired:

  • Unexpected error for cases on Timeline Wall.

  • SLA failure time calculation not working intermittently and not considering business hours.

  • Import of Excel fails for OptionSet and Lookup fields with Turkish language.

  • Tags are removed when a Word document is uploaded.

  • Appointment activities created from social pane do not populate all fields.

  • Quick view form is not displayed correctly with multi-line scenarios.

  • Dynamic expression not working when using SendEmainByTemplate.

Note: An asterisk (*) at the end of a fix statement denotes that this repair item was incorporated into multiple service update releases.
