Workflow in D365FO - Batchjobs setup through Workflow Infrastructure wizard

Hi,

In my previous post, I provided steps to configure an existing workflow "Vendor disbursement journal workflow" and in this post will discuss about setting up batch jobs required for workflow execution.

Step 1: Go to System administration > Workflow > Workflow infrastructure configuration

Step 2: Set the workflow execution account as Admin such that we will not have any security issues and  click on OK button for the workflow batch jobs to get created with default settings. Workflow configuration - Batch jobs

Step 3: Go to System administration > Inquiries > Batch jobs and filter the batch jobs by *Workflow" to see the required workflow batch jobs gets created and are in waiting  state.

This steps helps in creating the workflow batch jobs having empty batch group as their batch group.
