Announcing the new Microsoft Certified: Customer Data Platform Specialty certification

This new certification is for specialists who want to validate their skills, knowledge, and experience implementing solutions that provide insight into customer profiles and track engagement activities.

Candidates need experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Power Query, Microsoft Dataverse, Common Data Model, Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 apps. They will also need knowledge of Azure Machine Learning, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory.
