The Service ‘Custom Service’ could not be generated.\n Cannot create an instance of service class SysExcelListObjects_NET. Please fix error and Try Again.

I have restored live AX database on test environment for further development, but while reactivation AX Web Service Inbound ports. AX was showing this error “The Service ‘Custom Service’ could not be generated.\n Cannot create an instance of service class SysExcelListObjects_NET. Please fix error and Try Again.”

I was getting still error for all webservice which were under USR Layer.

Resolution :

To fix this issue I have registered all webservice under USR Layer and reactivated inbound port, which fixed issued.

To Register Service follow steps AOT à Services à Select service under USR Layer à Right click à Add ins à click on register service.
