This is an overview session of the Public Preview capabilities in Sales Copilot for Dynamics 365 Sales, which, as of August is in Public Preview and targeting General Availability in October. Sales Copilot in Dynamics Sales enhances seller productivity and effectiveness by assisting the seller with quick actions via prompts and augmenting seller actions with AI-powered insights. It saves time, streamlines tasks, and provides recommendations, empowering sellers to focus on building relationships and closing deals.

    Great stuff and well explained in this wonderful video - thanks.
    What I don't fully get, however, what is the difference between "preparing for an upcoming meeting" and "catch up with opportunity"? Seems like two different triggers, but functionality and results should be the same. 
    Can you explain in a bit more detail please?
