Business Portal and 64-bit Web Browser
We recently ran across an issue in Business Portal where a few select users were unable to see their Requisitions in Requisition Management to approve them. These same users had previously been able to view and edit requisitions successfully.
In further investigating we found that the users with the issue were launching Business Portal via the Internet Explorer 64-bit Web Browser. When they launched Business Portal via an Internet Explorer 32-bit Web Browser, the user was then able to see their Requisitions in Business Portal and were able to successfully approve them.
This is just something that you may want to keep in mind if you start running into user-specific issues in Business Portal. You may want to look at the Web Browser that is being used to launch into Business Portal and if a 64-bit Web Browser is being used, try the 32-bit Web Browser instead.
If you do run into any user-specific issues in Business Portal that seem to be caused by the 64-bit Web Browser that is being used, please report them to Microsoft Dynamics GP Support so that we can recreate them.
