#NAVdevInfo 1: NAV2018 – Lists have tooltips

Last time we had some discussion should we develop ToolTips in NAV 2017 for pages with type List? As you probably know that in 2017 version you will not see anything when hoover the column on the list (at least in standard client)…

…but let’s check what is in standard NAV objects. If you will check Customer List ToolTips are already there, even if not shown in standard client

So what should be decision? Develop or not? Answer is very simple – of course we should. And reasons are at least two
Reason 1: ToolTips are visible in Web Client – you just need to click menu and then What’s it?

Reason 2: ToolTips are shown in NAV 2018 also on the lists
