Community Member Profile Picture Community Member

CustomerSource is a Microsoft portal offered to registered Dynamics Users, known as Professionals. The Portal provides 24-7 self support, self training, software updates, hotfixes, news, Knowledge base, and company-specific licensing information.  You can benefit greatly from this resource, and we highly recommend that as a Microsoft Dynamics user, you take some time to familiarize yourself with it.  Here’s a step-by-step guide to getting signed up.

To Begin

  • Users request CustomerSource access from registered CustomerSource Administrator or VAR contact (for example, Encore Business Solutions provides this for our clients). Upon creation of access users will receive an email from voice@microsoft.com.
