How to: Enable localization of region other than Primary address region of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Recently while looking at legal entities in D365FO, I stumbled upon a very interesting feature. In EU region it is frequently asked a question where LE operates in the X region but it is registered in the Y region.

On the Legel entity, there is a dropdown to select the "Localized functionality region". In this dropdown, you can select any region you want to show localisations from that region. you can also select 'None' for not showing any localisations if you are not going to use them.
