CRM Organization Status Pending

Tonight I had a momentary attack of terror. I logged into our production CRM Online organization and was presented with a message Organization ‘CRM Innovation’ Status : Pending. Quickly I went to the Office 365 portal – portal.office.com to see if service was degraded or what. As the portal page was loading I remembered that our own organization was getting upgraded from CRM 2013 to CRM 2015 tonight. We had prepped the site earlier this week for the upgrade by fixing some ISV Managed solutions that we use. But it has been one of those weeks and it completely fell off my conscious I guess.

In any event all is under control and I will take a look at it in the morning. Sure am glad we aren’t using the On Premise version any longer – all the upgrade hassles and responsibilities are on the MS CRM Online Team. They have it figured out and life is good.
