Delfos: a specialized agent squad for Power BI development
Views (1)
I’ve just released Delfos, an open-source framework that organises specialised AI agents for Power BI development.
It’s not a generic prompt. It consists of six coordinated agents: an architect who designs the semantic model, DAX, reports, security, DevOps and performance as a unified architecture; a lead who orchestrates phased implementation with human gates; And four domain experts who run against the actual model via Power BI’s MCP servers (Remote + Modelling).
The foundation comes from my contributions to the github/awesome-copilot repository as the power-bi-development plugin. Delfos adds the missing layer: orchestration, documented architecture and a guided quickstart that builds a complete Sales Order Tracker dashboard in 30 minutes.
And when the data source is Business Central, a new skill maps the star schema against BC’s standard v2.0 APIs, identifies gaps, and generates ALDC-compatible specs for any missing API Pages. Complete pipeline: PBI design → BC mapping → AL code.
