Microsoft commissioned Forrester to examine the business impacts of migrating to Dynamics 365 in the cloud from the on-premises version of Dynamics AX. To understand the impact of moving to the cloud, Forrester interviewed several organizations of various sizes and from a variety of industries recently migrated to Dynamics 365. The goal was to uncover the decision drivers, business, and organizational benefits, and to examine the cost of migration versus the value derived from a move to the cloud.
