Default order settings in D365FO

If you are starting to explore D365 and you have been using AX in the past then you might be familiar with the default order settings and the site specific settings. One of the challenges when using variants was that these default settings you couldn’t change by variant. So for example if you wanted to stop one type of variant from being purchased because it was being phased out you didn’t have that capability. Now with the re-organization of the default order settings you now have the ability to do this at the variant level.
