How do I get started in 4 simple steps?

AMC Banking Fundamentals is our free module, which allows you to start importing account statements from banks all over the world and exporting your payment files. With AMC Banking Fundamentals you can try the power of automating complex cash management tasks today and free of charge.

Here’s how you can get started:

1. Download AMC Banking Fundamentals

First off, you want to make sure you have the AMC Banking Fundamentals app installed on your Business Central. By default AMC Banking Fundamentals is installed on your ERP, but you can check it on your “Extensions” tab. If for any reason you can’t find it on your Business Central, you can download it from Microsoft App Source.

2. Register on AMC Banking License

Next step is registering your company on our License Server. You can do so by going to https://license.amcbanking.com/ or clicking on “Login & Register” on the top navigation bar on our website.

Make sure you fill in all the necessary information in the sign-up process. We then send you a confirmation e-mail. Once you have confirmed your e-mail, your registration is complete.

3. Purchase your AMC module

After you’ve registered on our License Server, log-in to purchase your desired module. In this case, we are setting up AMC Banking Fundamentals with Business Central, so we choose “AMC-Banking” as a module and “Dyn NAV” as our ERP.

Next, we want to choose our service plan, so we choose “Service Plan 0”, which allows us to pick the AMC Banking Fundamentals module. Once you’ve chosen your module, you should also register your ERP serial number by clicking the “Register ERP Serial No” button.

AMC Banking Fundamentals comes with one free support user, but you can add more at this stage of your order also by clicking the “Add support user” button.

Before you go ahead, make sure you have picked the right module and services and if you did so, confirm your purchase.

4. Setup AMC Banking Fundamentals on Business Central

The last step is to make the connection between your newest AMC module and your ERP. To do so,  go to your Business Central and search for “AMC Banking Setup”. Open the page and update your user information. This is how you will make sure the two systems are connected.

The username should be the same as the license, so you can copy it from the “License” field under “Solution Information” and paste it under “Username”. Then, type in the password you have used on AMC License Server as well.

Once this is done, click on “Process” on the top navigation bar, and then “Assisted Setup”. After you have read through the terms of service, accept them and press “Start update”. The assisted setup functionality makes all the necessary changes for you and sets everything up with one click. Once it is successfully complete, you are ready to use AMC Banking Fundamentals.
