Hereby the next version of the Platform Updates list.

Since the release of platform hotfixes for NAV 2009 SP1 and R2 are combined, I decided to not extend the SP1 list with platform updates anymore. I will just extend the R2 list, which makes more sense.

VAT 2010 and other hotfixes or updates that were released for NAV 2009 SP1 are NOT part of NAV 2009 R2. R2 is in fact a SP1 database, with the extra functionality for R2 built in. So SP1 objects were only changed for:
- Online Services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP (US)
- CRM Integration
- System Indicator
