Get User Team Name from browser cache in Dynamics 365 CE

I have seen customers  user “get user team name” example and many others implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Typically, we see a synchronous XHR call to the platform to get the data each time the check is needed. I am going to propose an approach and pattern that will work for most any slowly changing dataset (ex. changes less then weekly usually only occasionally within a year).
