Dynamics CRM Online is a fantastic value, have you thought about clearly posting these prices on the website. They are very difficult to find now.

I'll echo @Tom Cadman's questions and add this one... do CRM Online customers have to explicitly convert to 2013 (I wouldn't think so). At what point will they see the new version?

Can you qualify what license is required for external, non Client users, who are accessing a CRM Online instance via an Web facing portal (e.g. on Azure). Is there or will there be an External Connector license option or will we need to use the essential license ??
Finally for the Professional versus Basic, which is required where we have custom entities/Forms deployed?

Where can I find detailed information of what functions each type of user will have access or permission in Dynamics CRM 2013 Online?. In particular I would like to know if a basic user will have access to Opportunity, Quote, Invoice, Product entities.

Thank you for this information.
I'm interested in the 'Essential' License - The licensing slides describe it as an 'Xrm' license - so does this mean that user will have access to all custom entities and the Core Account/Contact/Activities? Is there more information on what is meant by 'light weight'. If a $15/month license allows a full Xrm application to be used, then I can see this being a really attractive option.

@Paco, thanks for responding. We look forward to learning more details.
I will ask that you please don't go beyond these 3. The Office 365 SKU's and pricing is exasperatingly confusing for both partners and customers. The KISS principle works out better in the long for all parties concerned.
Thanks
Mike

hi Paco
Thanks for the information. We are CRM silver partners and are already talking to interested parties about this.
Will this model be available in the UK, and are there prices set?
When is it expected to be released in the UK?
Is it only for the online platform= will this model be available for those SPLA hosting providers or on premise?
If they are available for the hosted partners will we have to configure the licenses or will they come with restrictions set?
Hope you can help?! Thanks Catherine

How about existing Users? Will they be transformed in a professional license type? Or do our customers have the possibility to change the license type during the migration?
Thanks

@Nicalaus- You are correct. Mix and match will allow our customers to choose the right balance of licenses across Professional, Basic and Essential in their subscription. The example you give is correct. We will be releasing more details in the coming weeks. Thank you.

@ Michael Hammons- thanks for your comment. Professional and Basic are different. Professional has all full capabilities of sales automation, marketing and customer care as wel as access to custom made applications (xRM). Basic will have a subset of those capabilities. We will be disclosing more details on specific capabilities in the coming weeks. Thanks!
