Evergreen Services Group strengthens Microsoft Dynamics ERP presence with acquisition of Western Computer

Evergreen is a holding company that owns a portfolio of managed
services and software companies, having acquired 70 software and
services firms since 2017. Western Computer will help Evergreen
compete on ERP services in the Microsoft channel, the company
stated. “Western Computer is a needle-moving addition to our ERP
portfolio, positioning us as a leader in the Microsoft ERP and CRM
ecosystem,” said Sydney Hockett, Vice President of M&A at
Evergreen. “We’ve been involved in the Microsoft ecosystem for a
long time through our MSPs, and entering the ERP side with Western
Computer is a critical next step.” Evergreen holds other firms that offer Microsoft Business
Applications products and services. Berenger Technology Group is
part of Evergreen's
Lyra Technology
Group. And Alta Vista Technology is a member of Evergreen's
Deca
Development Group.
