Change Dynamics 365 Portal Banner

Often when we update the portal to match the Customer’s branding , one of the primary requirements we come across is the ability to change the out of the box banner . In this article I am going show how to change the Portal Banner in the few simple steps

Step 1 : Navigate to the Dynamics 365 Portals App

Step 2 : Goto the “Web Files” Menu and search for the “homehero.jpg” record.

Step 3 : Replace the Notes Attachment with the new banner image.

Step 4 : Restart the portal and hit F5 on the Portal Brower to view the changes (View the following article for instructions on how to restart the Portal)
