I would suggest making things a little more spicy by looking into Fantasy Sales Team!!

What is Fantasy Sales Team (FTS)? Well its a league table of your sales performance. You can measure Actual Sales, Lead Conversion Rate, Number of Calls, Number of Quotes Created and so on. It allows you to have team/role specific tables as well as company wide - For the company wide you can have different metrics for different teams, so if your pre-sales team are measured on converting leads to opportunities and your sales are converting opportunities to jobs well you can measure them both in the same league to find out who really is the best

Below is how to implement it into your Dynamics CRM 2016 instance

1) So first things first the installation of the solution is handled in the Office 365 Admin panel and not by importing a CRM solution

2) Open the CRM Administration panel for your instance in O365

3) Highlight your instance and edit the solutions

4) Select Fantasy Sales Team and tick to install

5) It will take about 5-10 minutes to complete the installation so while it is doing that head on over to www.fantasysalesteam.com/preview and complete all the relevant information.

6) Now this is the most exciting part.......................... Waiting 24-48 hours for your registration code

7) Go to bed

8) Wake up and have a coffee then check for code again & Repeat until it arrives.

9) Upon arrival head back into CRM and open the solution for FST, complete the form and select next

10) You will be given your ID and Security Key (copy and paste into the 2 subsequent fields)

11) Once you have selected setup you will be sent an email on how to create a league

12) Upon logging into the league the first thing you need to do is bring in all the CRM users, To do this go to the commissioner tab and select Dynamics CRM Users

13) Select the users and roles that you want to bring in to FST then Import

14) Now the fun part lets create the Game Type, League, Metrics, Prizes and Look (I'll let you setup what is relevant to you)

15) So you have everything setup and ready to go now we activate the game

16) The last thing you need (it is optional but I think its a need for me) is setup your League table TV Channel, Go to TV Stream and Create New

17)  Now get the biggest screen you can and put it in your sales office and let everyone fight over the bragging rights
