Your community managers are standing by to help you get the most out of your community experience. We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions to help make the community the best it can be. Many of our community members have suggested improvements that have been incorporated into the platform.
There are several ways you can submit feedback or reach a community manager:
- Use the feedback form via Resources -> Feedback for a quick and simple way to submit feedback.
- Use the support form via Resources -> Community Support for requests like:
- Event promotion
- Blog creation (hosted or syndicated)
- Partner case studies
- Login or profile issues
- User group support
- Feedback, comments, suggestions
- Use the private message option via profile -> messages to send a direct message to community managers.
