Microsoft advises Dynamics GP payroll users on efforts to meet ACA compliance with GP 2013, GP 2015

The next year end updates for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013, along with the upcoming GP 2015, will include support for the generation of two new forms mandated by the US government as part of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

But experts say GP payroll's standard capabilities won't get organizations into full compliance with reporting or allow them to determine full-time eligibility status of some employees. The forms in question, Form 1095-C and Form 1094-C, document the availability of health coverage to employees.

Microsoft will not be supporting the creation of these forms for GP 2010, a company employee advised in an email to customers.
