One of such exciting general sessions is the Microsoft Product General Session on Thursday, October 12, with newly announced speaker Muhammad Alam, General Manager for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Enterprise Edition, Microsoft.

In his current role in the R&D organization, Muhammad is responsible for the product strategy and product development of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations, Enterprise Edition. Prior to his current role, he was the General Manager of the Customer Experience Program in the R&D organization, across all of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service & Marketing) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Enterprise Edition (including AX2012, Dynamics AX7 and Dynamics 365 for Operations) applications. In that role, he implemented a portfolio of programs focused on streamlining, simplifying and improving Dynamics customer experience. Of these included FastTrack Program for Dynamics, built to assist our customers get to value in a successful and predictable manner.
