USD Demo

I have included quite a bit of information in my blog about Unified Service Desk (USD) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM but if you’re new to USD visualising what it might look like or how it could be used maybe difficult.

Therefore I have created a video demonstration of my application in action, hopefully it will give you a flavour of how USD might be used in the real world.

This has been my first attempt at creating video content for my blog! So sorry if the quality isn’t perfect. I will improve as soon as I can!
