Users often encounter the problem of disposed fixed assets still appearing on the asset list in Business Central, complicating financial reporting and asset management.

To address this, follow these steps:

Set the Asset as Inactive:
- Mark the asset as Inactive. Inactive assets will not appear in system reports and can be excluded from views using filters.
Reorder the Fixed Asset List:
- Change the asset number to include a prefix like 'Z' to move it to the bottom of the list, making it less prominent.
