No Data Available for SSAS Reports – Top Customers by YTD Sales

Issue description

===============

1. Sales and marketing > Reports > Statistics > Customer > Top customers by YTD sales
2. On report provide parameters
   1. Company PWG
   2. Year – All
   3. Number of records – 10
3. Click Run
4. Report will run but we will get a message on report as “There is no data available”

Resolution

============

1. We observed that the ledger form was not filled in for DAT company
2. Filled in Ledger form from DAT > Setup > ledger
3. Processed the Cube by right clicking on the Dynamics AX initial database and selecting Process
4. Deployed the cubes from ile > tools > SQL server analysis services project wizard
5. Run the report
6. Entered values for all the fields on the form
7. Processed the Cube by right clicking on the Dynamics AX initial database and selecting Process
8. Deployed and processed the cubes from Top customers by YTD sales
9. We were able to run the report successfully and able to get the data on report.
