Network printing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Install document routing agent from Network printers from path D365FO-Organization administration - Network printers

Open document routing agent in admin mode and sign in with right O365 account

Ensure in non-PRODUCTION environment, Microsoft D365 document routing windows service is running

Sometimes give the settings, close and then sign in

Also ensure to activate from D365 Network printers after getting printer registered.

Note*: Application ID is auto-assigned on install.

Troubleshooting: Document routing agent gives agent version check failed error, solution to try is REINSTALLING, remove all DRA folders and registry

Sign out and sign in
