Document history form and restoring deleted documents from document attachments.

In this blog we will see about the Document history form in D365 FO.
Navigate to System administration >> Inquiries >> Document history.
Using this form you can view name of the file - Company account - Type of file format - State which will define the current state of the file like the file is deleted or created - User who created the attachment - When the attachment is created like date and time - Also it will show you the linked record- For example I have attached 2 files to worker Ahmed Barnet - Thats why its showing Ahmed barnet in the linked record column. Also, on the top you will have view history form which will show the details description of the attachment.
How to restore the deleted attachments? - In D365 there is an option to restore the deleted file attachment -This will be useful when you accidentally the attachment file.
Navigate to
System administration >> Inquiries >> Deleted attachments.
You can click on restore button to restore the deleted file attachments. You can also view the details of the document attachment using view details button.
