Data validation check list workspace helps you to track the statusses of data valıdatıon by person, legal entities, task and areas.
You can reach out through the workspaces.
At summary section , from the tiles , you can see the all remaining, completed, in progress and not started tasks.
Also you can see as a list of status by legal entity, area and task list.
By related links, you can reach out to setup and add/delete the task.
You can also manage the completion of the tasks, assign and assignee.
You can select your legal entitites and define task areas like Finance, SCM, Puchasing etc.
You can set statusses as Opne, Completed, In Progress.
Assigned and Completed by users can differ.
By to select the menu Item name, it is easier to guide into the form that this task is assigned to.
To be guided, you can use the "Open Task" button.
Also can attach user gides, task guides etc to the statusses.
I believe, this functionlity is useful for to be able to trach what needs to be done as data validation in the project.
