James is a highly sought-after speaker and looks forward to seeing you at the Microsoft Business Applications Keynote! Learn more.

As our Charter sponsor Microsoft will be at User Group Summit in a big way. In addition to the keynote presentation and large expo presence, attendees will also have the opportunity to:

  • Attend Microsoft-led product sessions. D365UG/CRMUG Summit is mostly about the here and now in our day-to-day use of these applications. The majority of sessions focus on making what we have better, more effective, and productive. However it's important to keep a watchful eye down the road on what’s to come in order to best plan and/or prepare your organization for tomorrow. Microsoft's sessions will share what’s coming and how to determine when the time is right for considering your next upgrade or migration.
  • Advocate directly to Microsoft. Microsoft is ready and willing to hear your feedback. Alongside feedback sessions, the CRMUG Summit General Session will feature a Microsoft Town Hall (aka open Q&A) with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement R&D team. Help influence future versions of the product you use every day!
