OwnBackup joins ISV Connect with certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 data protection solution

Cloud data protection platform  OwnBackuptook on a Series E round of funding in August 2021 with a plan to work with more enterprise SaaS platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365. This week, the company announced that it has joined Microsoft's ISV Connect program for software vendors selling in the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform channel.

OwnBackup Recover for Dynamics 365 is now certified and available via Microsoft AppSource, the company stated. The product, which provides cloud backup for all of a company's CRM-related data on Microsoft Azure, has already been deployed for Dynamics 365 customers, the company stated.

The solution's key capabilities include automated backups, proactive data monitoring, data isolation in the case of incidents, recovery and restore, and support for complying with retention policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
