Cumulative Update 47 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central April'19 on-premises (Application Build 14.48.49868, Platform Build 14.0.49864)

This update is a very small one. There is no reported platform changes, update does not require database conversion from previous version, and it does not include fixes to known vulnerabilities.
Application changelog is 19KB, and it contains total of 7 changed objects.
There is minor changes like added support for tracking cancellations of Sales Invoices, and one bigger one to Contact cards.

New functionality

Contact card can now store also the Registration Number for Company type of contacts.

New fields

Contact card has now field for Registration number. Even though the field is 50 chars wide, it is limited to 20 characters in the code. This functionality can be overruled by catching the new Integration event OnBeforeValidateRegistrationNumber.
