New Series Coming Soon! A – Z Of Real-time Marketing

If you missed it, l did the A to Z of D365 Marketing about six months ago. It was a series with 26 videos covering various functionality and the features in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing App. It was pretty popular and helped many figure out how they could get the most from the app, and learn more about various aspects of the tool.

Microsoft has recently (August 2021) launched new functionality known as Real-time Marketing and Customer Orchestration. It’s time for me to dig in, not only to help my own learning and knowledge but to share with others and assist them with this new world too.
