You can resolve this error by giving System administrator access to team Id or root business unit. To find out the team you can directly go to the team table in your environment and filter by team column using GUID from the error message. Once you get your default team you can select the record and then click on "Manage Roles" button on the top ribbon and assign System administrator role. Please NOTE that giving the System administrator role to the ROOT Business unit will allow all others to inherit the security role. This may not be ideal! If you do not want to give the Sysadmin role, you can create your own New Role in CE and assign permissions to privilege’s on the entities where you are receiving the messages. This can be a time consuming process however! You can always answer as verified if you found something helpful. This way the community can benefit from the response. Christopher Schilling
