General Ledger > Setup > Sales tax > Sales tax Authorities
To access the table name for the sales tax authorities, right click on the Authorities field and then click on personalize:
You can locate the table name in the “system name” box as highlighted below
Now open a new excel workbook and click on the Dynamics AX button from the menu bar. Then click on the Arrow of the “Add Data” and select “Add Tables”
In the filter field, type in “TaxAuthoritiesAddress” then click the arrow and move it to the selected tables then click on the “ok” button.
By default, you will see only one key field added to the sheet “authority”, add the report layout, rounding from, and round-off to the table. If you have the vendor account you may also add it to the table. 
Once done with adding all the fields you want to add – click on the “fields” button to exit the design mode. 
Click on the refresh button to pull out all the current values from AX into the excel sheet. 
To add a new sales tax Authority simply fill in the information and then click on the publish button. 
A status of the publish will indicate if publication was successful or failed. 
To validate the correct publication, navigate back into AX and validate the publication.
