Hi! I'm unable to do mapping for Product of CRM to Item of NAV. But the reversal is there in the default Dynamics Connector itself. The same way in my scenario, I need to send the Invoice from CRM to NAV. But I'm unable to do the mapping itself. Why we are unable to do Bi-directional synchronization for certain entity? Kindly help me out.
Have you got any of the mappings working?
What errors are you getting?
if you want people to assist, you need to give them as much information as possible.
Yes, Account<->Customer, Order -> Sales Order, NAV Item -> Product are working fine. I need to create a custom mapping, CRM Invoice -> NAV Sales Invoice. To do this mapping, I need to find Invoice(CRM) in Source entity and Sales Invoice(NAV) in Sales Invoice. But Invoice is not there in source entity itself but in destination alone. So how to proceed further. Is it blocked anywhere to get displayed in destination entity alone?

Hope this helps.
