Help!! I'm not sure what I'm missing but I believe I have my Game setup correctly in my TEST Organization in CRM but no points are being reflected for any of my Game Players. Is there a lag in time of when the points are reflected in the Fantasy Sales site ?
Data should post relatively quickly to the FST stats tables and leaderboards - usually within a few minutes. The initial post of data after you setup your game might take a bit longer.
Keep in mind that data will not post for future activities. For example, if you used Number of Appointments for one of your metrics, used End Time as the qualifier, and the player has appointment set for later today then that data will not post until that time.
What is the name of you company so I can verify your game setup in FST?
Company name is TBHC Delivers. Right now I'm testing the game before introducing it to the rest of my company so I've been the one entering the information using a Players CRM Account but so far after over 48 hours no points have been posted.

The problem I´m having is that for some reason the sale metrics doesn´t show the same result shown in the CRM. I already checked the variables that I´m using and seems to be ok.
Could you please help me to see if I´m doing something wrong?
In order to solve issue with data not posting on the original post was to log back into Dynamics app. In the Dynamics App, if someone goes to FST Settings and clicks on “New Login” it will log them out of their account.
Therefore, the fix was to type their Service Account ID and Token back into the page and submit.
If this has occurred then re-login using the credentials from the GAMES > CRM INTEGRATION menu in FST web app.
Please verify that you are logged into Dynamics app under FST settings. If that is not the issue, then we will proceed with call to troubleshoot.
Hi Tina - I'm having the same problem (data not loading in FST), but I think I've covered everything you mentioned here. I am connected to FST in CRM, my game is active and my metrics are set up. I have recorded activity from players (both last week and this week - it's a demo/test environment). I have cleared cache, tried a different broswer, even different device. Still no action showing on the FST side. Help?

We have resolved issue. Apparently, your settings in CRM were in incorrect state. Go to Advanced Find - FST Settings - Both Reset Running and Calculation Running were set to yes. Both should not be set to yes. We changed both to no and then restart jobs on settings page. Now data is posting for you game. Please go to FST web app and you can view data posting on the PLAYERS - PLAYERS STATS Page. Thank you.

I have followed all of these directions on this post but it is still not retrieving data from the CRM. Any other suggestion?
So it just started working. I reactivated all of the processed associated with FST.

Could you please assist. We created a trial organization to show a demo for our customer and tried to setup a new game. Everything looks correctly from setup perspective, but no points are posted to the leaderboard. The email used for registration is email@example.com
