Do you know exist there a solution for better email editor in Dynamics CRM.
Current solution is 10 years old, no speller, no copy-paste images from clipboard.
Users are unhappy. How you solved such situations? What says your experience?

I Agree there are limitations with the Email Editor in CRM, However there are more Marketing focused addons for CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, or Click Dimensions which provides a far Superior editor for EMail communication, and you can also use A/B testing to help you decide which style to go for.
