I have multiple remote users complaining of this.  We are running CRM 2015 on Outlook 2010.  Outlook will freeze for 10-15 seconds and sometimes crash.  I have updated some with the 0.1 update for CRM 2015 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3010990) but still getting complaints of freezing/crashing.  Checked one users event log and saw this event, Source: MSCRMAddin, ID: 5922 multiple times:

An error occurred with the Microsoft CRM Outlook add-in. Restart Microsoft Outlook and try again. HR=0x80040111. Context=Something went wrong while trying to communicate with Dynamics CRM. Please try again later. If the issue persists, contact support.
Microsoft.Interop.Mapi.MAPIException: <StoreNotConfigured>
at Microsoft.Crm.MapiStore.MSProvider.Microsoft.Interop.Mapi.IMSProvider.Logon(ISupport MAPISupport, String profileName, EntryId entryId, IMSProvider_Logon_Flags logonFlags)

. Function=%3. Line=%4.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, disabled 3rd  party add-ins and run repair of Office.

     Hi All,

I recently had this issue where users were not able to qualify lead , then after some investigation , i found that this is due to insufficient privileges for user on queue entity.

Please give it a try, go to security role for which you would like to enable qualify lead functionality, open the role

---> Core Records --> Queue --- give organization level read permission.  This should work

    Kind Regards

    Prashanth

Please mark this as answer if it resolved your issue. Thank you

I'm not completely sure i understand about the on-premise or online?  We have a CRM server set up, that the Outlook add-in connects to.  We are using Outlook 2010, on both Windows 7 and 10.  I don't remember a portion of the installation about language packs either, sorry!

Is this on-premise or online?  If it's online the Office 365 SaRA (Support and Recovery Assistant) tool has been a godsend for dealing with the constant problems with the Outlook Add-In.  You can download it at diagnostics.outlook.com

If it's on-prem, here's someone who had similar problems with 2011:

    community.dynamics.com/.../65484

And there's a number of other similar situations that were related to the Language Pack applied to the Add-In.  Removing everything and installing the English language pack seemed to help in a few of the instances.

    Hope that helps!

Is cached exchanged mode the possible solution?  These are remote users so not sure how viable that would be.  Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks for the reply.

No, we are not running any Citrix or Terminal services.  These are Windows 7 or 10 Desktops and laptops.  No multiple mailboxes and yes we enable Cached Exchange mode.

Hi Derek, Are your using Citrix Clients / Terminal Services ? Do they have Multiple Mailboxes in outlook? Also is CachedMode enabled for Outlook ?

    Best Wishes, Raz
