we have "forwarding" emails from Outlook to CRM 2013 as creating new case. We noticed that email body is empty at CRM side (NULL in DB field Email.Description), but case was created. There is nothing special in email - subject, pdf attachment and body without special characters. In Outlook email is not empty.
Any idea why email body is empty?
Can you check when you forwarded the email, you have included original email as a email body? Because, I believe when you forward the email, it just takes reference of original email and keeps forwarded email's body as null body.
