Is there anyway to "Push" emails to send from CRM? I believe it's set up send every 15 or 20 minutes but is there a way to push them on demand?
Assuming you are using email router than you can create a on demand workflow to create and send the email and it should push the email on demand as soon as you run the workflow.
If you are using outlook to send emails (your question's subject line), change the time from system settings as shown below:
If you are using email router, change the XML polling time, as demonstrated in this blog: email router outgoing email delays.html
Thank you, it is Outlook. Unfortunately, this setting is set as low as it will go already. I tried to set it to every 5 minutes but it said 10 minutes was a low as we could go. I really wondered if there was just some kind of button to "Send Now" on the fly when we need an email to go out immediately. If you have any idea
The only way I can think of is, go to ur outlook >> crm tab>> click synchronise with crm
We’ll try that, thanks!
