HelloWe have a CRM 2011 on premise system which was working fine until friday. When I try to access it today it keeps popping up with the login box and then I get this error and not able to login.Error: CRM 2011: HTTP Error 401 - Unauthorized: Access is deniedCould you help me please?ThanksAB
Do you see any errors in the event logs when accessing the CRM Organization?
Are you using Claims Based Authentication or Windows Authentication?
It would better if you could provide the details Radu asked as that will help to narrow down the possible causes for the issues, however, please see the following
First thing I would check if your AD password expired and make sure that's not the issue
If you still have the issue, for but I had the similar issue and restarting the server and then doing an IIS Reset fixed the issue.
If you still have the issue, your AD or ADFS settings have changed or services are not working
If you could check the Event Viewer log and CRM trace logs and share the details here, we should be able to help

I have resolved this now.
I had to restart ADFS, re configure Claims based authentication and restart CRM services.
