We are using on-premise crm UCI version 9.0.14.
In that there are some entities are disabled for mobile like Marketing List, Campaign and Servce. Please find below screenshot for the same.
Please help me on this, how can i enabled these entities for mobile? is it version specific issue?

Some more things to note:
All custom entities can be enabled for Dynamics 365 for phones and Dynamics 365 for tablets.
You can use the Lookup for entities that are not enabled for Dynamics 365 for phones and Dynamics 365 for tablets from a record that is enabled and see the data. However, you won’t be able to edit the entity.

If we want to use entity in UCI app, first it has to checked option enabled for mobile. But i am not able to make it enabled because this option is disabled. I have checked in other CRM also where it is working and in that CRM this option "enabled for mobile" is checked.
So why it is not enabled in my on premise CRM?
and is it something related to licence or version?

I think those entities are not yet fully supported on UCI.
I'm making this guess also looking at the pdf MS documentation:
where i found that those entities have some kind of limitation for other feature like editable grid:
By the way in my Onpremise environment those entities are by default unavailable for mobile, just like yours.

Hello Shivangp - I would like to inform you that Marketing List, Campaign and Service and few other OOB entities aren't available for "Enable for mobile" option. Here is the list of OOB entities which are available for phone / table.
