I am customizing a chart to compare the Appointments number between 2 years.
In blue : number of last year appointments
In Orange : Number of Current year appointments.
As you see they have the same value. but I do not understand why :
I modified the XML code with the lines :
<fetchcollection> <fetch mapping="logical" aggregate="true"> <entity name="appointment"> <attribute name="ownerid" groupby="true" alias="_CRMAutoGen_groupby_column_Num_0" /> <link-entity name="appointment" from="activityid" to="activityid" link-type="outer"> <attribute alias="N1" name="activityid" aggregate="count" /> <filter> <condition attribute="scheduledstart" operator="last-year" /> </filter> </link-entity> <link-entity name="appointment" from="activityid" to="activityid" link-type="outer"> <attribute alias="N" name="activityid" aggregate="count" /> <filter> <condition attribute="scheduledstart" operator="this-year" /> </filter> </link-entity> </entity> </fetch> </fetchcollection> <categorycollection> <category alias="_CRMAutoGen_groupby_column_Num_0"> <measurecollection> <measure alias="N1" /> </measurecollection> <measurecollection> <measure alias="N" /> </measurecollection> </category>
Could you help me to understand what's wrong ?
I think that you can see this reference https://crmchartguy.com/2015/06/21/compare-this-year-to-last-year-with-a-dynamics-crm-chart/. I particularly used this reference in past and could have sucess on chart.
Let me know if this tip help you.
Thanks for the tip, but i used it already to check my XML file, and all should be ok.
This is why i made this post, I don't undestrand what i do wrong compare to the example given by Chartguy.
In addition, the issue seems to be related to the Appointment Entity :
If I compare 2 graphs i did (one with a custom entity, and one with appointment)
Graph Ko : entity Appointment
Graph OK : Custom entity
Would you have any Idea?
