Hello - Are there any Demo's out there showing you how to utilize the Activity entity in CRM and how to maximize the use of it?
What exactly are you trying to find out? Might get some very generic replies, take a look at the ms doc page: docs.microsoft.com/.../activity-entities
High level, you should be able to: send emails and receive emails via outlook integration/user mailboxes.
Portal Comments - comments from/to the portal
Appointments - can display on your outlook calendar (though I havent touched this in a few years)
Tasks - pretty open to what you can do with them.
All the activity types tie to most/all tables, you can enable this.
Activities is more of an umbrella term over many activity types - that have their own table.
