Can anyone please help my issue about ribbon missing at Email Server Profile?
I saw the exact post same as my problem from the link : Ribbon missing in Email Server Profile
As per comment from that link, I need to change CRM url from "crm.xxx.com" to "crm1.xxx.com".
But, I would like to know that are there any other way without changing url.
My CRM version is On-Premise version 9.0.

Three suggestions for the current issue.
1. Check whether it's working in Edge/Chrome. We find you are using IE 11 to work on the configuration, which is no longer supported.
2. You may upgrade your D365 environment to the latest version of v9.1.6 to get better experience.
3. You may save the profile by using Ctrl + S. You may test enable directly from mailbox configuration.

I have tested it on all browsers Edge, Chrome, IE and Firefox.
It is not working at all.
But, I found that it is working on IE 10.
I have no idea why.
It was strange.
