We got a use case in which a user sends out an email to a customer with a queue as the "from" address. The user puts himself in the CC field. Now when the email is sent, the Email the user received get automatically tracked in dynamics. Can this be prevented?
Hello Manuel,You can set the tracking level from personal settings for the user to track the emails which are coming from Leads, contacts, and accounts.
