Issue on a Unified Development after installing extensions of version 10.0.2527.78

 Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue on a Unified Development PPAC after installing extensions for Dynamics 365 F&O version 10.0.2527.78.

After the installation of Microsoft.Dynamics.FinOps.ToolsVS2022.vsix:

  • Visual Studio becomes unresponsive during startup
  • It freezes on opening and never recovers
  • The only option is to terminate the process

This happens consistently after installing the extensions, if i install an older version it works but wont compile.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with this version or found a workaround?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Is this a Cloud Hosted/Local hosted OneBox environment (LCS deployment) or a Unified Development (local development, PPAC) environment, you mentioned both but they are different & it will probably affect the answers you get.

    Hi, changed the title but of is Unified Development.
    The confusion is the term VM, i use my personal cloud virtual machine where there are three different versions
    The problem became when try to connect to a 47 version, VS works fine for older versions.
