D365 FO Std VM for exploration

Hi,
 
I want to create a standard VM for D365 FO for self exploration , it seems the LCS part is now obselete and for power apps admin center , I am not sure what is the step
But I did created the account for power apps admin center.
I dont need the UDE but the standard one that we used to get from LCS. 
Note : I need to create for my own and not for the existing large organisation.

    Hi, LCS is obselete completely, and you can not get dev VM on LCS anymore. Is there any specific reason you dont want UDE?

    Is there any specific reason you you don't want UDE? Maybe you can try with local VHD for your usage.
