the issue which exists only on prod but isn't reproduced on UAT and SIT

Hello,
 
I have an issue with new custom parameters on standard table CustFormLetterParameters wich are reproduced only on PROD env and not in UAT and SIT. People responsible for code replication to PROD env say that the codebase is identical on UAT and PROD. Can there be some inobvious issues that can lead to this problem?

    Can you provide more details, please? What exact issue do you have? Do you get error messages, or is the field not visible?
    Is there a pipeline used to move objects/releases from development to UAT and then exactly the same package deployed to production?

    I don't get any error messages on PROD. Parameters are visible on PROD and put to "yes" state. Also in the tablebrowser those fieilds are ticked in the table CustFormLetterParameters so on DB level they are really ticked on PROD. The problem is that the code that is hit when the parameters put to "Yes" itsn't called.

    I know there is a pipeline but I don't know the details yet. Will try to get some more info on this.

    Hi Dark Knight,

    You can also ask if there are multiple parameters checked within the code extension. Maybe there is another parameter that is checked, apart from the new custom one. 

    It is also possible that the extension class is not part of the deployment. This is what can be validated. Eventually, after business hours, you can try to set the environment in administration mode. Then after 10 minutes put it back in normal mode. A full database sync and reset of services is then executed.
